About the studio
Riddhi Art Gallery, Surat
Founded in Surat, Gujarat by Riddhi Jagdish Chothani, the studio makes artwork made for specific walls.
The founder
Measuring a wall before making the art
Riddhi Jagdish Chothani starts with the physical dimensions of a wall, its light and its purpose. Each piece is shaped to that space rather than chosen from a catalogue.
The studio bridges fine art painting with precise architectural wall craftsmanship, so a canvas, a relief and a floating frame all answer the same question: how does this wall feel once it is finished?

Studio standards
Controlled in-house, from canvas to finish
Framing, relief carving and finishing are handled inside the studio so every stage is checked against the same specification.
Canvas
Prepared canvas surfaces
Canvases are prepared and stretched in the studio so the surface is ready for painting, wallpaper or applied texture.
Framing
Moisture-resistant framing
Frames are assembled in-house and finished to suit the humidity and light of the room they will hang in.
Relief
Hand-finished reliefs
CNC architectural relief and embossed surfaces are refined by hand so edges, depth and detail read cleanly on the wall.
